In some cases, the associate(s) working in the owning dentist's practice would like to buy the practice, but he or she needs help getting the process started. The first questions typically are: "How do you go about initiating the conversation?" and "How do you begin the process?"

After working with dozens of these types of scenarios, we have the answers and will assist everyone in the process. These are big life-turning points. You want the transaction to go smoothly and you want it to be fair – so do we. We're here to help you get it done.

For buying dentists

We also can help you buy a new practice. We give you tips on what to look for, what to ask the seller, and how to develop a game plan for finding the ideal practice for you. We can even provide an analysis of the proposed purchase price and help negotiate the terms of the deal.

We're often hired by the selling and buying dentists at the same time. In many cases, these dentists already have a relationship and both want to transition smoothly – they just need a little help with the process. When we're hired by both dentists, we work to facilitate the best deal possible. In this scenario, each dentist pays 50 percent of the hourly transition fee, or $125 each per hour.
